You may find yourself staring at the ceiling or out the window. You may find yourself †barely breathing or believing your pain can change. Been there ….done that! There are five major sources of your emotional pain and stress:
1) Your poor choices
2) Circumstances you didn’t create or expect
3)People or situations out of †your control
4) Lack of consistency with goals and task
5) Lack of creativity, joy, meaning and purpose in your life
If you are feeling stuck in stress and fear, stop staring at the TV or the walls. Put down those cookies, cake, fries, weed or drink. Get out of bed. Get off the phone and take your prayers to the throne. Shake off the stronghold of depression and fear. Procrastination is a thief. Every day that you lose in self pity is costing you. Depression, distractions and discouragement are set up to make you give up.
